Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless father Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page, @annephung. This is where I share my life story. The highs, the lows and all in between. I arrived in America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it for you were it not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. Since I was confident that I would achieve a better future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. While I believed this was the ideal definition of the ideal life, reality had other strategies. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I thought I wasted my existence to get a pay check. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was fitness. I also liked getting out and about to aid other people. As I moved towards the new direction of my life, I found private training. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in the year 2021. In this field it is not a lot of Asian females. It is my goal to become a catalyst in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. In addition, I strive in empowering others to achieve their goals and dreams and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. While my professional life began to take off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my entire life to datein the death of my mother. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will forever be in my heart and mind. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though it may be difficult to recognize it right now. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to have my second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I am living now instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. My life is shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories and words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the greatest riches. My prayer is that you live your life fully and that your end is without regrets since that's the only thing we can count on in this life.
