Arike Ogunbowale, an American basketball professional with the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. Arike Ogunbowale played college basketball playing for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before being selected by the Wings as a fifth overall pick in the 2019 WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale is Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are her brothers. Ogunbowale won gold medals during the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship and 2014. FIBA U17 World Championship, and the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. In July 2014, she was selected to be a member of the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale, who is entering her first year of collegiate play, was named her ACC All-Freshman Team.
