Sara Lynn Evans, born on the 5th of February, 1971 from New Franklin Missouri was raised as the youngest out of 7 siblings. Her love for music has always been there and began singing in her home with her family around the age of five. In a nightclub located in Columbia Missouri, she started performing when she was 16 years old. This gig ran for 2 years. Sara moved to Nashville Tennessee in 1991 with the goal to be a professional country musician. Sara performed a sample version of Tiger By the Tail, one of Harlan Howard's songs during the recording session at County Q Studios. Harlan Howard decided that Sara could perform his songs. The singer signed a deal with RCA. Evans made her debut album Three Chords and the Truth in 1997. A lot of critics praised the album as a return of the traditional country sound and recommended the album. Her career began as a modeling and show models in France after she relocated into France in Long Island, New York. Later, she ventured out in different direction, including becoming a Radio Luxembourg jockey. She made her debut in French feature films, and was in a variety of other films during the 70s. In the following years, she moved back to the US in pursuit of an acting career in Hollywood. Her most awaited Hollywood film achievement came from Goodfellas in which she received nominations for many prestigious awards like the Academy Award.
